Mandate to provide foundation plans for a heavy vehicle garage located at 705 1st Ave. in Sainte-Catherine, Quebec on cadastre including foundation design from loads and steel frame manufacturer plans. Plans will include foundations for a future 20 MT remote-controlled gantry crane supported on 30-foot spans as well as slab-on-grade design.
LH Schwindt (LHS) - Pipe Rack
CWT was engaged by LH Schwindt (LHS) to obtain final approval and monitoring of rack fabrication and platform work required for the treatment process in Longueuil, Quebec. Modeling and integration of piping load, to comply with Quebec Building Code, was the central role played by CWT to meet these requirements.
Coldbox Storage
Structural design regarding interior modifications (on behalf of Coldbox Storage), located at 10035-45 Henri-Bourassa in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. Review of existing building space, including: ceiling panel load on existing roof joists and additional HVAC/refrigeration unit load on existing roof joists. Structural preliminary drawings and as-built drawings were provided. Regular site visits during construction and completion of work.
JAM - 21000 TransCanada
Parking: Project management and design for permit acquisition regarding parking extension for JAM Industries, including lighting and landscaping. Roof: Review and repair of roofing as well as report and details to assist with legal claim. Mezzanine: Review and tender for new mezzanine.

Christ Victorious Church Facade
Assessment and repair of damaged structure supporting the sanctuary roof in coordination with facade work by Varelas-Perilla Architects. Work was completed in several phases: Phase 1: feasibility study, non-destructive testing and inspections to prepare documents for repairs; selective demolition to plan scope of work and tender plans; Radex scans. Phase 2: design of reinforcement details and preparation of tender documents. Phase 3: Review of tender and contracting for third party testing. Phase 4: completion of final construction plans.

Hillside Tennis Club
Outdoor wooden pergola with mechanized canopies and new terrace with foundations for the Hillside Tennis Club: drawings, supplier coordination, demolition drawings, site plan, and tender drawings provided. Coordination meetings to finalize plans and details as well as construction plans to complete the project.
Chisasibi Arena (Ongoing Project)
Study for the addition of a new mezzanine and reconfiguration of entrance areas for increased hosting capacity.
Hotel Mont-Gabriel (Complete Foundations, Steel Work in Progress)
Phase 1: Repair and reconstruction of the event pavilion and kitchen at Hotel Mont Gabriel following a fire. Affected areas included the central ballroom and kitchen roof, which also required modification of structural steel floor support beams. Phase 2: Coordination and design of a new pavilion and second phase of work including underpinning and new basement wall foundations along the service corridor adjacent to the new pavilion. New construction and 50-foot span extension of multipurpose rooms, including Revit modeling and feasibility work.
